The vegetation used within component green roofs, can be grass, sedum blankets, sedum/wildflower mixes, herbs or bio-diverse (brown roof) plants; whichever best suits your needs & requirements will be used.

Each layer or component that comprises component green roofs will be supplied separately in bag or roll form and installed separately as a “dry” build-up. This allows easy access to roof areas.

Component green roofs are more flexible than some of there counterparts because they can be “built into” existing structures.
