PVC corner fittings
Wallbarn is currently running two main types of corner outlet in PVC: one with a rectangular pipe and one with a circular pipe.

The main difference in these two designs concerns what they will fit into. The circular pipe is suitable for when fitting directly into the inside of an HDPE drain pipe, and the rectangular designs are more suited to areas which have been cast into a parapet wall, for example.
Both are designed for use in a pre-cast corner fitting situated between the horizontal deck and the parapet wall or upstand. It is imperative that the area around these drainage holes are fully protected and properly sealed as they are subject the greatest amount of water.

The flange is not perforated in the same way as the TPE outlets, but all PVC outlets will be fully bonded to the PVC waterproofing membrane.
Both the rectangular mouth and the circular mouth outlets can be used on the horizontal or vertical plane. Installers need to ensure that the fall of the roof directs water effectively into the drain pipe without ponding and that the outlet connector is fixed to the drainpipe properly once inside / through the wall.
The circular mouth outlets are measured as follows:

|
D1 is the diameter of the outlet drainage hole
D2 is the height of the (recessed) outlet drainage hole from the horizontal level
D3 is the inner diameter of the shank or outlet pipe at the bottom
L is the length of the pipe or shank
F1 is the width of the border flap or flange around the underside of the outlet hole
F2 is the height of the border flap or flange to the left and right, and above the outlet hole
F3 is the width of the flange or border flap across the face

Rectangular mouth corner outlets

These outlets are available in two versions, with the mouth of the outflow pipe being either 65 x 100mm, or 100 x 100mm for a greater amount of water flow
The rectangular corner fitting are available in the following sizes:
|
|
A is the height of the outlet drainage hole
B is the width of the outlet drainage hole
L is the inner length of the shank or outlet pipe
F1 is the width of the border flap or flange in front of the outlet hole
F2 is the height of the border flap or flange above the outlet hole
F3 is the width of the flange or border flap across the face
