    Recycled Composite Decking Materials

    October 7th, 2015

The use of composite decking can help to ensure that your decking lasts a lifetime and thanks to the team at iDecking, the introduction of a new recycled composite decking system called DURO, solutions are now more environmentally friendly than ever before.

    What is Recycled Composite Decking?

For decking to be accurately described as being ‘eco-friendly’ it must be produced in a way that does not negatively impact the environment.Waterproof Decking

Standard composite decking can range from materials such as fibreglass to plastic whilst the majority are mixtures of plastic and wood fibres.

Widely acknowledged to last longer than other forms of decking, they also require significantly less maintenance.

Thanks to iDecking Revolution, a leading company in terms of innovations in decking systems and materials, new eco-friendly recycled composite decking solutions have now hit the market!

What are Duro Timber Decking Boards?

DURO is a brand new material developed by iDecking Revolution. Even though its formula is kept as a secret, DURO’s main ingredient is Rice Husk; a Modular Decking Systemby-product in the processing of rice. This husk, when blended together with virgin polymers, makes this an incredibly versatile, strong and durable material.

DURO looks and feels extremely natural, it can be stained or treated for an extra level of protection using any colour available from iDecking. DURO is 100% recyclable, the Eco-Friendly composite material Mother Nature herself would have created.

DURO decking can be installed both on the EasyClick and EasyChange systems. Boards are available both with flat or anti-slip grooved surfaces.

Which are the highlights of DURO material?
