    The Best Technique To Install Paving Slabs

    Whether you are looking to create the ideal surface for your children to play on or perhaps make a new area for outdoor seating or dining furniture, there can be little doubt that a paved patio area offers one of the best ways to create an attractive and functional area in your garden.

    To help with the installation process Wallbarn have designed a range of ASP adjustable support pads which have been created with a telescopic stem which can be wound up and down to achieve a completely flat upper paving surface. Changes to height can be made whilst the slab is in place. This saves a great deal of time and labour.

    Using The Correct Technique

    To ensure that the installation is of the highest standard we recommend using the technique of having pedestals under 3 corners of the slab, then sliding the 4th pedestal under the final corner and winding it up until it bites. You will then be able to use your spirit level to ensure everything is flat. Whilst this may not always be obvious, experience has shown us that this is the best practice.
